REFUND POLICY 

All sales will be final. Tainted x Tati will be unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any and all refunds, returns, reshipments, or exchanges.

In the event that a product arrives “tainted,” the customer must contact customer support at info@taintedxtati.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. The customer should be sure to include the order number, state the issue(s),  and provide a relevant photo of the said issue(s).
